Evanston: no longer ‘in progress’
Evanston: no longer ‘in progress’
You may have noticed that the words ‘in progress’ have been removed from journal entry page. I just completed restoration of the last lost WordPress journal entries. The restoration is not perfect, but it is close enough. All this is written in sand anyway.
I have four orphaned photographs left that I haven’t been able to associate with a specific entry. One of them, taken on a foggy morning from my mooring in Opua, with color changed in Aperture, is above. I’ll eventually post the others.
Sunny here today, but only in low 60ºs, and feels more like October than August.
I walked down to the lake yesterday. No one on the beach. Three sailboats on the lake, two of them to the north off Wilmette, where there is a tiny harbor with a twenty year waiting list for moorings. I find it difficult to imagine a life that stable.
