It wasn’t a great passage, and I didn’t take any great photographs. 

        These are of one of the many misty lines of rain through which we sailed; the ship that came over the horizon the day after I watched PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN; my berth, showing the plastic drip shields I put over head and foot; and one of the few days we sailed well.

        I spent much of the last afternoon on deck, keeping the boat moving, and took some photographs with my waterproof Pentax.  They fail to convey the experience.
